Progea is looking for a Senior Application Developer to work with the Research & Development Team.
Your Mission:
- To design extensions to provide added functionality and services to Movicon platforms.
- To develop specifications from user perspectives.
To provide written resource and timeline estimates.
- To manage all aspects of code development, testing and integration in the Progea products.
- To communicate and coordinate workflow with team members including regular status reports.
- To think, work and act independently with minimal guidance from senior manager.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 2 years experience in WPF, WCF, .NET technology, MS Visual Studio, C#, Silverlight
- Experience in developing rich Graphical User Interfaces using WPF and XAML.
- Proficiency in dealing with issues related to debugging and assertions.
- Experience in creating documentation for the developed extensions
- Extremely organized and self motivated to handle multiple tasks.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Italian Essential with very good command of English and German.
- Flexible and able to perform under pressure to meet tight deadlines.

Progea is looking for a Regional Sales Area Manager.
The Sales Area Manager will be responsible for direct sales primarily through the Progea sales channels and market developement for the Progea Software products.
The mission:

The candidate will develop a network of distributor and/or representative sales channels as well as system-integrators.

The candidate will work with Progea Sales Manager to develop business and marketing plans for sales of the Progea software products.

The candidate will be responsible for preparing and delivering sales presentations, attending trade shows and seminars, and empowering Progea business through training and team selling.
Further responsibilities include forecasting revenue within the region, utilizing the Progea CRM system, assisting in the preparation of quotations and requests for proposals, obtaining revenue objectives, developing corporate accounts and optimizing Progea operations within the Region.
The Area Manager is to develop brand preference within major corporate accounts, systems integration, engineering and consulting firms. The Area Manager will also report to the Sales Manager in the company's Italian HQ.
Sales location preferably in major metropolitan areas.
Targeted areas: Italy, North-east, Germany, Switzerland.
