After Sales Support
A series of after-sales services guarantee Movicon users with constant updates and leading-edge technology
Technical support is provided directly by Progea, the product designers and producers. This guarantees the user high quality, reliability and quick delivery support services. Updates can be downloaded free of charge from the Internet or by email.

Training
Progea organizes tailor-made training courses on request for all those companies needing it. These courses have a fixed daily rate, independent from the number of company members participating.
Free workshops and seminars are organized for Solution Providers and program developers

Workshop
Progea organizes Workshops and Seminars exclusively designed and reserved for Movicon integrators on prefixed date schedule. These courses may be general or thematic.

Support contracts can be obtained by any company wishing on-line telephone support, on-hand every working day of the week, and access to the FTP website for downloading application examples and new drivers.

The Mailing List service keeps all Movicon user subscribers regularly updated on the latest product innovations. Monthy newsletters keep Movicon users constantly informed on Progea news and services and the Progea website pages are the most efficient tools to use for getting up-to-date information, which is always available for consultation 24 hours a day.

Even though a SDK kit can be provided for those developers wishing to create their own drivers, the Progea Team is also on hand to design non-standard communication drivers based on customer specifiation.
