    Good morning, to access the supervision of our client through the Web Client we have been provided the parameters for an VPN SSL (FortiClient) that we use correctly pointing to the IP address of the PC (http://IP PC/SERVER/principale.html).
    Our customers now need to provide the connection to other users but would like to do so with a port forwarding (http://IP Public:Port/SERVER/Main.html) and not via VPN SSL.
    When we try to connect it appears the Java request and then opens the gray page with the name of the synoptic but it freezes them and does not appear the pop-up for the request of the log-in, after a moment in the lower left appears the inscription „Timeout Sending the message 1001“.
    What can it depend on?

    Hello
    verify the router/firewall configuration because the webclient connection need to have opened the following ports:

    Port 80 on HTTP protocol;
    Port 12233 on TCP protocol.

    are these ports open?
