I have to open the login box when the user clicks on a row of a db connector panel.
I copied/pasted the example from the online help and added the references, but when I run the application the “p” variable in the script below is ‘Nothing’ and it won’t work.
What can I do?
Public Sub Control_RowFocused(ByVal sender As Object, ByVal e As System.EventArgs) Handles Control.RowFocused
Dim rowSelected As DBControls.RowFocusedEventArgs
Dim grid As DBControls.gridControl
Dim row As Integer
Dim p As UFInterfaces.AuthenticationCredentialsProvider.IAuthenticationCredentialsProvider
Dim fElement As System.Windows.FrameworkElement
Dim t As EditDisplay.EditDisplay
Dim result As Object
‘ gets the objects
grid = sender
rowSelected = e
‘ loads the selected row
row = rowSelected.NewRowIndex
‘ saves in a tag the orders information
I read your post but I don’t understand exactly what you have to accomplish in this way.
In my opinion the easiest way is to directly implement directly the “User Access” in the properties of the grid or DB Viewer object.
The error you are getting is reference matter because the “UFInterfaces” is not available under the grid object script context.
